Privacy Policy
Draft launch structure for EasySCORM AI and Cinco Swiss.
1. Controller
EasySCORM AI is a Cinco Swiss product. The final published policy should identify the legal entity, registered address and privacy contact.
2. Data collected
Depending on the interaction, the service may process business contact details, account and company information, partner applications, demo requests, project metadata, credit activity, technical/security logs and payment references supplied by the payment processor.
3. Why data is used
To operate the service, administer accounts, process commercial enquiries, manage contracts, provide support, protect the platform, comply with legal obligations and improve service reliability.
4. Public forms
Partner and demo forms should collect only the information needed to evaluate and answer the request. Public forms should not accept SCORM packages or sensitive course content.
5. Payment processing
Card and payment details are handled by Stripe when Stripe Checkout is used. EasySCORM AI should store only the references needed for account, credit and transaction administration.
6. Security and retention
Production systems should apply access controls, logging, abuse prevention and retention rules appropriate to the type of data. Retention periods should be finalised before publication.
7. Your rights
The final policy should describe applicable rights under Swiss data protection law and, where relevant, the GDPR, together with the contact route for exercising them.
